Join Pak Navy As PN Cadet Through Term 2019-A

Eligibility Criteria

  • Unmarried male citizens of Pakistan
  • Height 5.4″ and age 16 1/2 – 21 years for freshers while 17-23 for Armed forces servants are eligible to apply
  • If they have passed both Matric and F.Sc or O/A level by minimum 60% marks 
  • Candidates with O/A level have to submit the equivalence certificate, while F.SC Part-II appearing candidates with 65% marks in Part-I may also apply if they are able to present the hope certificate signed by the head of an institution.

Ineligibility Terms

The following individuals are not eligible to apply.
  • Twice rejected by GHQ/NHQ/AHQ/ISSB selection board or once rejected by ISSB and once rejected by GHQ/AHQ/NHQ selection board.
  • Withdrawn from any academy or training institution of Armed forces on any ground.
  • Terminated/removed from any Government service including the Armed forces.
  • Submitting tempered or forged documents/academic certificates.
  • Convicted by the court of law for an offense involving the moral turpitude.
  • Tested within 04 months (last ISSB appearance).
  • Declared unfit by appeal medical board or armed forces hospitals.
  • Concealing the information on the application form.

Selection Process

The selection procedure would comprise the following steps
  1. Registration at Pakistan Navy’s official website.
  2. Entrance tests (comprising the intelligence and academic analysis in English, Maths, Physics, and G.K) will commence from 7th of November, 2018.
  3. Date and roll number of the test will be intimated to each applicant through SMS.
  4. Results for entrance test will be updated by respected PN & RC and the official website.
  5. Shortlisted candidates will be called for preliminary medical, interview and PET (physical efficiency test).
  6. Qualified individuals will be called for test and interviews at ISSB.
  7. Final selection by NHQ on merits.
